I added a can of tomatoes, miso and cooking alcohol to the vegetable dashi for the taste… the ingredients are carrots, onions, potatoes, mushrooms and avocado.
It’s the “miso-strone” I learned from Kijima-san before on “Syumi doki!”. It turned out very delicious.
