猛暑が続いておりますが皆さん大丈夫でしょうか？
私も暑さとたたかいながら毎日頑張っているよ。
The heat wave it still going on, so is everyone all right?
I am battling the heat as well, while working hard every day.

Everyone that came to the Synchronicity live show, thank you very much!
初めての試みが詰まったライブ。
体力勝負といった感じでしたが、
思い出に残る、素敵な時間になりました。
最高の夏のスタート☆
It was the first time such a live show was tried.
It felt like a test of our stamina, but all that remains are the memories of a fantastic time.
The best way to start the summer. ☆
これから全国ツアーもあるので、
まだまだ体調に気をつけて頑張ります！
Because we also continue with the national tour,
I will do my best to watch my physical condition!
最近は朝に白湯を一杯飲んでから、
ザクロのお酢を炭酸水で割って飲んでいるの。
とっても美味しいし身体に良さそうと思って♪
Lately, I drink a cup of boiled water in the morning,
and I am drinking pomegranate vinegar mixed with carbonated water.
It’s very delicious and I think it is healthy as well. ♪
皆さんも体調に気をつけて、この夏を乗り切りましょうね！

気づいたら前髪がこんなに伸びていたよ～
Without realizing it, my bangs grew this long~
切りに行きたい(..)
とりあえずピンで止めたんだけど…
I want to cut it. (..)
For now, I use a pin to keep it in place…
ピンに光が反射して
すっごい輝いてる。笑
The pin reflects the light and it’s really shining. (lol)
髪もだいぶ伸びて、以前のロングヘアに戻ってきました！
ロングだとヘアアレンジが出来るから楽しい(^o^)
My hair grew a lot as well, and is returned to the length I had before!
I am glad because I can do long hair arrangements. (^o^)
明後日の個別握手会も色んな髪型で
来て下さるみなさんをお待ちしてるからね♡
I will arrange my hair in various ways during the handshake event the day after tomorrow,
and I will be waiting for everyone that comes. ♡

先日カメラフォルダをみていたら、

西日本を襲った豪雨により甚大な被害に遭われました皆様が少しでも早く通常の生活を取り戻せますよう一日も早い復旧をお祈り申し上げます。
I pray for everyone that is suffering from the enormous damage caused by the sudden heavy rains in west Japan to return to their normal lives as soon as possible, and a quick recovery.
